Summer Creek Cabins & RV Park is operated by RAAD Holdings LLC, 105 Thomas Rd, Big Spring, TX 79720. Reservation terms, rates and cancellation rules are shown when you book and in your confirmation. The property rules you accept at check-in apply for your whole stay.

SMS Terms

Program: Summer Creek Guest Texts. We text guests with information about their stay: arrival and access details, property notices (for example water or power outages), cleaning schedules, rent and payment reminders, and replies to guest questions. No marketing messages.

How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on our registration form or online booking page, or by texting us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking.

Frequency: varies with your stay, usually a few messages a week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
