Summer Creek Cabins & RV Park is operated by RAAD Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), 105 Thomas Rd, Big Spring, TX 79720. This policy explains what information we collect from guests and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details you give us when you book or register: name, phone number, email and address.
Reservation details: dates, unit, number of guests and payment records.
Identity verification: a photo ID you upload during online check-in.
Messages you send us by text, email or through our guest portal.

How we use it

To confirm and manage your reservation and collect payment.
To send you information about your stay: arrival and access details, property notices such as utility outages, cleaning schedules, rent reminders and replies to your questions.
To verify identity and keep the property safe.
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your stay only. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your stay. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes the text messaging service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the property: our reservation system, payment processors, messaging providers and accountants. We share it with the booking site you reserved through, if any, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may ask us to delete other information.
